Run It Back.
Putting Bars on top of BARS.Twix challenged us to prove that two of the same thing is better than one — and make it culturally relevant to under-35s through an attention-grabbing brand activation.
Twix dropped the Left vs Right platform but hadn't found a new cultural home. The product truth — two identical bars — needed a world where sameness isn't just accepted, it's celebrated. That world already existed. We just had to find it.
In hip hop, the highest compliment isn't going viral. It's getting run back. When a bar is so good people rewind it, play it again, memorize it — that's the moment Twix was built for. Only Twix gives you the same bar twice. Just like only the greatest rappers make you run it back.
Run It Back. A limited-edition Twix wrapper with a code that unlocks a Run It Back feature on Spotify and Apple Music — sending you straight to the hottest part of any song without scrubbing. The campaign culminates at Rolling Loud, where the most run-back artist of the year performs their most run-back bars live. A bar so nice you get it twice.
The wrapper becomes the ticket. Each limited-edition pack features iconic rap bars embossed on the two chocolate bars themselves — the product is the ad. The streaming integration makes the moment interactive and shareable. Rolling Loud turns a digital behavior into a live cultural event. OOH placements in music-heavy cities carry the embossed bar visuals with "A bar so nice you get it twice" — letting the product concept do the talking before anyone reads a word.
